Good afternoon po, ask ko lang po aside from pink po na color ng Hanabishi Hand Mixer HHMB120SS may iba pa po ba na-ino-offer ang hanabishi official na color like gray po? May nabili po kasi ako sa online na legit and authorized dealer daw po ng hanabishi, ang dumating ko sa akin ay color gray and honestly po I find it suspicious, I'm not expert po pagdating dito pero pati po yung handbook or manual po ay back and white. Nakapag-purchase na po ako sa online before sa official hanabishi store sa lazada and yung manual po ay colored worth 6,800 po yung binili ko na oven before. Sana po nasagot yung question ko, sobrang confused ko lang po. Thank you po!

My inverter fully automatic washing machine I purchase was like a nightmare in noise, cranky ness and vibration. As if there was a chopper about to take off or land. I want it to be replaced.

Hello I bought a stand mixer from ur company had it delivered to my address for a sf of 1500, then after a year or so I was not able to use it anymore. Washing machine. Broken in just 5 months. Contacted hanabishi. No reply in phone, or in their fb messenger. Already almost a month, still no reply from them. An auto reply came in my messenger asking for info that I already placed in the messenger. Did not bother to read or scroll up.

Hanabishi - Poor customer service experience
Hanabishi's authorized service center here in Davao - MEGZ03 located along Dumanlas Road - is totally not recommendable. Even their customer service hotline is POOR, my concern wasn't accommodated nor taken seriously. My oven has already been in their possession for almost a year, since I brought it in their shop last February 28, 2023- and they didn't seem to care about it at all. They also won't give direct updates as to what is the real status of my oven. Tried contacting them numerously, still they won't respond. It is really a very frustrating experience

My Hanabishi infrared cooker developed a fault. I contacted the service centre with details including photo of faulty burner and purchase receipt. Though all my mails were in English all the replies were in tagalog so had to use use a language translation app. I was supplied with a service agent in Cam Norte even though I had said I needed one in Naga city Cam Sur. I am left with a half working cooker

Rice cooker

I only bought this last February 21, hardly use but got broken after a week. I tried returning it to sm moa hanabishi section but even if I have the warranty card which is a proof that I purchased it, they are looking for a receipt. FYI. The receipt thats been used is thermal paper and the print wont last long. I also made a complain letter and just leave the broken rice cooker there because they said that even I brought that to service center, they will not accomodate it because of the receipt. I am writing this because Im quite disappointed with the quality of the product and I sent a screenshot just in case my complaint letter wont reach you. Btw, I left the warranty card inside the broken rice cooker with the box in SM MOA for your reference.
